Executing this sequence of missions caused almost -10% to my standing with the Minmatar faction (-2.4% x4 (I'm not sure which of the 5 missions proved unimportant)). Honestly, that standing hit is devastating. It took several storyline missions (meaning 50+ normal level 3/4 missions) to build up that standing. omg, I don't want to think about it.
I'm here to re-build my standing with the Caldari, but I don't want to totally wipe out my Minmatar standing at the same time. I need to carefully read mission descriptions and make sure I'm never shooting minmatar or allied ships.

I think the faction needs to be changed to Minmatar from Khanid. Running this mission didn't affect my Khanid standing at all, but it did affect my Minmatar standing as follows:

1 of 5 -0.0% combat - aggression
2 of 5 -2.4% combat - ship kill
3 of 5 -2.4% combat - ship kill
4 of 5 -0.008% combat - ship kill
5 of 5 -2.4% combat - ship kill

It's against Minmatar not Khanid, change it ffs .. I was trying to avoid MM standing hits not build them!!

Also a hint for the 3rd mission, instead of attacking the tower, just clean out the frigs then destroy the Bestower, it will explode and the tower goes down with it as well.
