First time I have ever seen a NPC rat using t2 ammo... "Sabretooth Precision Light Missile Belonging to the Blood Raider Covenant hits you..."

Uleen dropped Dark Blood Warp Scrambler for me... Result!

Some of the Ships used Tracking Disruptors. I believe the Frigs did it, not sure.

Easy mission. +14.333% with the Amarr Trade Registry and +5.0165% with the Amarr Empire when I did this just now.

All ships (probably except the named frigate), use tracking disruptors.

Got Dark Blood Armor Thermic Hardener.
Was only disrupted by one ship, one of the frigs.

[07/04/11] - Amarr Navy:

One of the frigs scammed. Easy to do with T1 fitted drake (I had T2 hammerheads but they were un-required)

Uleen dropped:
Micro B88 Core Augmentation [8mil]
Dark Blood Reactive plating

Uleen webbed, other frigates (crucifiers) used tracking disruptors. The cruisers did not use any EWAR.

Uleen dropped Uleen Bloodsworn's Tag and 3 insignificant meta items.

i have noticed that while doing L3s with Amarr Imperial navy in Ebtesham syatem and using agent Avenid Voohah i got all my story line missions with the same corp and as a consequence my Amarr Imperial Navy standings went up really fast.

this particular mission gave me 5% faction and 14% with navy, outstanding!!

hope this might be of use to anyone grinding amarr.

Done in T2 Harbinger.

Beside it was damn easy and quick (note... TD \ Web \ Scram from rats), drops were over 40 million isk of faction modules and Uleen Bloodsworn Tag.

Just finished it in a Worm on an alt with mid-low skills in missiles and defense. Offense as in:
- 2x T2 Drones (hobgoblin)
- 3x arbalest launchers with Caldari Navy Inferno Light Missiles. Not that weapons make a big difference though.

On warp-in turn back so to have Uleen separated from the group, let him get close, dispatch him.
Set course to close orbiting a cruiser; the drones run over the frigates while you approach no problem; once in orbit focus fire on one cruiser then the other. Use an AB while orbiting and they can't even scratch the shield.

It took less than 15 minutes from undock to dock, and only because I wanted to take it easy and salvage afterwards.
Loot + salvage: a bit less than 15mil ISK (1 crappy Dark Blood module).
Standing increase along the lines, BUT be wary: also -2+% Minmatar derived standing hit.

However, definitely worth doing.
