Amarr owned starbase structures [POS structures] in the area. Suggest NOT attacking them as you're in Amarr space.
I left the Amarr Colonel's insignia in space, not wanting to provoke their wrath on my cruiser.

==Blitz==
Kill Geebel's cruiser and tank the rest. Grab him and warp out. Likely easy to do in a Drake ... add a tractor beam to speed up.
