Destroy center and return to agent to complete mission. To destroy the center: Shoot at the Large Collidable Object labled 'explosives'.

Recommended ships: Shuttle, anything fast to save some time.
To spot the beacons: Select "Open Overview Settings" and click Select All. The first beacon will be seen in the list. After you have visited that one the next will be shown etc. AFter the fifth beacon the Journal will update the mission.
