Tips:
*There are many Gallente structures and SoE ships. I did not attack them because I am protective of my standings.(updates on their loot and/or standings hit would be appreciated)
*Tested on 1/21/2017, there's no loot from industrial or freights in the 1st pocket, and the salvage seems no difference from normal cruiser level amount. The freighters have about 100,000 HP and industrial have about 20,000 HP. Don't waste your time and ammo on them.

The first pocket hostiles show up at about 20 kilometers or so, right on top of some convoy NPCs. The second pocket hostiles show up at 60 kilometers.
