the tip for this mission "Serpentis Spies, level 4" says that one gets stage agro when shooting the sentries. I've played the mission a few times and only get stage agro after shooting the Sentry II's. Shooting Sentry I's or Sentry III's do not agro the room
About Phext's Comment: In my case shooting the Sentry I didn't aggro the room, but shooting a Sentry III did.
Two of the Sentry I's and two of the Sentry III's dropped containers. Nothing worth mentioning inside
but the other 3 buildings you can blow up, nothing droped though
