Pleasure Hub drops a few nice things.

For me it dropped "rocket science" and "plasma physics" skill books as well as some other stuff.

Got Nuclear Physics and 2 R.A.M. components the first time, and Quantum Physics and 3 R.A.M. components the second time.

P.S. don't complete the mission before downtime if you intend to loot the pleasure hub again after downtime. If you kill the informant before downtime, the mission will not re-spawn even if you have not turned it in.

I have a theory that if you kill the pleasure hub before anything else, you get better drops, just killed it first in the room, got:
skillbook - Amarrian starship engineering
RAM - Ammunition tech
RAM - robotics
RAM - starship tech
usual sundries

if anyone would like to help out with the confirmation/disproval of this theory, I'd be grateful

Tanking isn't necessary in this mission unless in a smaller ship. The baddies just don't really have the firepower. I did this in a passive Drake. Really, probably could have done it in a Caracal with T2 gear.

Just ran the mission.
* In P1G2: I would bet the BC replaces a CR when the E-FF isn't present, but that's a guess.
* Pleasure Drone dropped 30M ISK. Loot that guy!!
