The only difference between both sites is the landscape: the main structure in the Radar Trinary Hub is a Talocan Polestar, and in the Mag Evacuation Center it's a Sleeper Enclave, which influences nothing.
The escalation wave which may or may not happen is also the same, as is the number of cans (those will of course be different, with codebreakers necessary for the Radar and Analyzers for the Mag).
