Once warped in, you see a cargo container at about 37 km and no enemy ships. If you have a fast ship with afterburner, you should be able to loot the cargo and warp out.
Ships appear when you are about 15 km from the cargo container. A second spawn will appear, but I didn't understood if it was because I killed a specif ship or time driven.
Note
If you don't blitz, you could use a passive tank due heavy nossing. Bounties amount at about 6 Millions Isk.
