Neutralizer Tower Spawns
Each Neutralizer Tower that is shot will spawn (each):3 x Cruisers (Divine Imperial Champion/Justicar) orbits of 14-32km

- Set drones to “Passive” or they will trigger the Neutralizer Tower spawns
