Slow ships, no inital aggro makes this snipable.

Killing one of the transporters incurs a 2.4% standing penaltyCategoryNeedInfo - Could need some rat lists here. Added two groups, may be inaccurate as I just started counting after taking out one group, but both two groups were orbiting objects, so I think they're accurate.
