The High Road
This is the high-sec branch in the second chapter of the Gallente epic arc. Room has been reserved below for The Low Road, which is the low-sec option.
Mission 6 - Into the Black
Travel to your new agent in Noghere. Bring your stuff, you won't be coming back.
Mission 7 - Poor Man's Shakedown

In each pocket, the waves are spawned by destroying a Minmatar Colony Minor. Each one will spawn a wave, and each wave has a chance to drop the item you need.
Pocket 1
Destroying each colony spawns wave 1:
Wave 1
2-3x Cruiser (Independent Green-crewed Bellicose/Scythe/Stabber/Rupture)2-3x Battleship (Independent Green-crewed Typhoon/Tempest/Maelstrom)
One wave will drop the key to access the acceleration gate. No other waves are required.
Pocket 2
Destroying each colony spawns one of 3 waves:
Wave 1
2x Battleship (Independent Typhoon/Tempest)
2x Cruiser (Independent Rupture/Scythe)
Wave 2
1x Battleship (Independent Veteran Typhoon)
2x Cruiser (Independent Bellicose)
Wave 3
4x Battleship (Independent Green-crewed Typhoon/Maelstrom)1x Cruiser (The Elder)
When The Elder is destroyed he will drop a cargo container with the mission loot. No other groups are required.
In both pockets, I received the key/loot before destroying all of the structures, so I think it's random and not necessary to kill everything.
