Sometimes you may get agro when you warp in, sometimes you don't.
Drones are not attacked by non attacked groups.

(Read comments) Mission is completed after killing the group with the Spies; attacking them will sometimes draw aggro, but not always.This is an easy mission to do afk in a drone boat if you want bounties instead of blitzing it.
