Use: Vanguard.
Possibly the best Gallente battleship from its T1 tiers for running incursions.
Although the Hyperion does 1.6% more raw gun dps, it loses roughly 17% less tracking to an equivalent Megathron.
Another advantage to the Megathron is its ability to field a full complement of heavy/sentry drones.
Decent cap but plagued by CPU fitting issues.
Its major weakness as a blaster ship is range.
This affects effective damage projection and removes any mid-range dps roles for the ship.
The resist focus is towards the Kin/Exp side to minimize Sansha missile damage - this is the greater danger for battleships.
The EM/Therm resist it not a great concern as long as it's in the 70-75% range or higher, depending on slot/base resist limitations.

In most cases, the range should be adequate.

The armor buffer is a little low for armor battleship in those sites due to the combination of alpha damage and delayed remote repair.
