The default small gang armor logistic which can operate independently and remain cap stable.
The tracking link bonus, when applied to the right ships, can significantly boost the fleet's effective damage output.
Typical rigs choices revolves around Medium Capacitor Control Circuits and Medium Remote Repair Augmentors.
The former is more effective when stacked with capacitor modules, while the latter is more ideal when aiming to fit all 4 tracking links.
The __explosive resist hole is not a significant weakness__ due to the ship's small sig radius.
With exception of the Kundalini Manifest site, an Explosive Hardener/Membrane is better replaced with an EANM to increase EM/Thermal resistance.

Survivability however is a major issue for an 800mm armor plated Oneiros.
Due to the combination of slots and the ship's inherent resist, the end result is a weak EM/Therm resist.
Minimum recommended skill level is Logistics 4 (along with Remote Armor Repair Systems 4 and Multitasking 3).
Suggested, __Logistics 4__ configuration changes to remain cap stable :
- Requires a minimum Squire PG8 implant (5% powergrid).
- Replace Tracking Link II with a Cap Recharger II.

To mitigate the incoming (laser) damage, a 10MN afterburner is __STRONGLY recommended__ to be fitted.
Speed tanking increases the Oneiros's survival odds, it is paramount over anything else.
When used in the Kundalini Manifest, warping out temporarily is __STRONGLY recommended__ when yellow boxed by the FULL Lirsautton Parichaya bomber spawn.
There is not enough armor buffer to withstand the incoming Compact Shade torpedo (Kin/Exp) damage.
__Note1:__
When fed with 1 large remote cap transfer from a Logistic 5 Guardian, the Oneiros can be fitted with up to maximum 5 tracking links.
However, it should be noted that it becomes part of the cap chain and thus no longer independent.
For typical vanguard sites, losing the Guardian will result in a fail cascade that takes out 2/3 of the logistic ships at minimum or 3/3 in the worst scenario.
