Approaching the Warehouse triggers the spawn (at 15km):

==Blitz:==
Approach the Warehouse, grab whatever you are there to pick up, warp out (you should not do it in a shuttle, you need something that last a little bit longer)
Edit (by Travis) - The objective is 60m3, so a shuttle cannot complete the mission.  However, my destroyer was able to align and warp before any of the rats even targeted me, so any frigate should be able to blitz.
