4x Battleships (Sleepless Sentinel) Scramble/Web/NOS (Was 2 Battleships before Crucible)11/30th/2013 - Done with a marauder + bastion mode.
it seems that if you are kept in range (stopped), they will NOT scramble.
be prepared for heavy tank, their missile salvo did 1035 damage tanked with heavy armor + WH effects.
suggestion:
warp in at zero/distance, start blaping. have fitted heavy NOSes.
again, heavy omnitank is extremely recommended.
