At the gate


2x Destroyers
3x Frigates

Single Pocket


You warp in about 55km from the nearest group. Three groups, attacking the left or right will aggro the middle one as well.

6x Frigates
5x Destroyers
3x Heavy Assault Cruisers (Corpum Arch Priest/Sage)
6x Cruisers
8x Battlecruisers
3x Battleships
3x Interceptors (Elder Corpii Upholders) (Web/Scramble)
3x Blood Raider Transports

Upon warp-in attack the left group. That way scramblers from the right group won't aggro you if you run into trouble.
Keep your distance above 35km and most of the ships won't be able to attack you. Get too close, and they'll suck your cap.

BLITZ:
None really. Sometimes not all ships have to be killed to make one drop the Viral Agents but the that drops them seems to be random. Otherwhile it's the last one killed, so you'll have to kill all.

Standing hits
Killing one of the transporters incurs a 2.4% standing penalty
