I was able to Blitz the 3rd mision of 3 by just killing the mission objectve..

Part 1 both Kinetic and Thermal worked well. Part 2 Kinetic worked well but not Thermal. Part 3 used 3x T2 Hobgoblins only, never had to fire a shot, so guessing Thermal works well (that was on both groups).

Part 1 factions are Amarr and Minmatar (not Gallente), but does not impact Minmatar standing (nor Amarr, obviously). Part 2 faction is Gallente (not Minmatar), and WILL impact your standings.

part 1/3:
2x minmtar destroyer, at 40km, last of them triggers...

3x amarr frigs (rookie & inquisitor class), very close

part 2/3:
6x gayllente frigattes (all incursus class),
last one dropped data chip

1x minmatar destroyer and
3x gayllente frigattes (incursus) at ~50km, last one triggers...

4x minmatar frigs (probe class)

all 3 parts easy and quickly done with a "sniper rifter".
absolutly no mineable roids,
absolutly no loot from the structures for me.
but 15 gayllente/minmatar dogtags dropps all in all.

just blitzed part 3 of 3 by killing the Minmatar Contact (the one in the Thrasher)

Standings are only slightly affected: Killing ships in 1/3 does not affect Minmatar but Gallente standing, likewise 2/3 however only slight. In 3/3 finally, a -0.00% mark showed in Minmatar standing for the killing of the contact.

Blitzed 1 and 3: No standing hits from part 1, -0.003% + -0.0035% Gallente from part 2 (warped out after 1 kill and waited to see how big the hits would likely be), and -0.0065% Minmatar from part 3. So standings hits are a negligible issue on this chain if you blitz (killing everything in 3 especially would probably cause some more).
