The Mercenary Wingman frigates will spawn on top of the warp gate. You may get webbed/ scrambled if you're not fast enough in warping out.
== Structure ==
The Mining Corporation Headquarters has very high HP (~306,550) and drops mainly T1 modules and some Faction ammo.

Recommended ships: Corvette, any well tanked Battleship (Raven, Dominix), Battlecruiser (Drake, Myrmidon, Hurricane) or a fast Cruiser (Stabber).
There are no NPC ships to kill. The warp gate is 60km away from the warp-in point. The gate is configured to reject Capsules and Capitals.
The toxic environment will damage your ship in consecutive toxic cloud waves. Each wave deals an equal amount of each type of raw damage with no resists applied. Damage amount increases with each successive wave.
Wave 1 (~2000 dmg) 0:15
Wave 2 (~2200 dmg) 0:20
Wave 3 (~2400 dmg) 0:40
Wave 4 (~2600 dmg) 1:00
Wave 5 (~2800 dmg) 1:20

== Tip ==

Fit an omni-tank with a minimum sustainable 200 ehp per damage type.
Fit a Microwarpdrive (or afterburner) to quickly cover the distance to the warp gate to save time and if your tank does not meet the minimum requirement.

Each wave deal 4 ticks of approx 200 damage at resistances of 75% (800 at 0% resistances), one of every damage type.
There will be a final wave of 4x 900 damage at resistances of 75% (3600 at 0% resistances) announced in a red text.
After the final wave there won't be any more damage.
The gate will warp you to safety, and you have to activate it.
Warning: If you warp out, the waves will be reset after the final wave.
Fly to the gate, activate it to complete the mission. An afterburner helps a lot as the gate is very far from the warp-in.
==Tips==
Stabber setup: Y-S8 Hydrocarbon I Afterburner (or T2), 2x Large Shield Extender II, 3x Overdrive Injector. This is the fastest way to complete the mission.
Warping through the acceleration gate in the toxic cloud brings you to an asteroid field with plag/pyroxeres and other ore. Do NOT BM and attempt to return to this field with your fragile mining ship. On attempting to warp to the BM, you will be deposited into the toxic cloud, resulting in insta-death. Handing in the mission causes the belt to disappear.

Objective: Fly to the acceleration gate which has been locked down by the mining corporation. See if they will let you through. Then report back to your agent.

When you are within 10km of the gate, this will spawn. The wingmen will spawn on top of you, while the rest a bit longer away. The mission is complete after you have been at the gate for a short while.
