Ran in Zelot .. no NPC at all. Strolled up to the tower, a cargo can appeared. Took th data chips .. and left.

confirming. no hostiles . gate dropped me 18km from tower. then same as above. approached...can popped out...looted can... i orbited the tower for approx 5 min. to see if there was a delayed spawn but nothing. I guess my t1 rifter scared then off :)

had this mission again just now and it was exactly the same. 1 jump away and i was out and back in less than 5 min.

Ran this in Amarr space and the 2 frigates spawned when I got in range of the tower. Also there is no container to loot, the data chips just appear in your cargo hold with a short message in green text in your chat window "Data Chips transferred".
