Pocket 2:

Shortly after you warp into the pocket, the shuttle will be destroyed. You must salvage the wreck to complete the mission. The wreck will be 49km from warp-in.
Shortly after the shuttle is destroyed, group 3 will warp out.

Blitz: The mission was marked completed when the wreck was salvaged. It's not clear whether you need to kill any NPCs for mission completion.

Shortly after you warp in, Group 1 will warp out and will be replaced by Group 2.

Mission 5 - A Different Kind of Director

This is a courier mission with no cargo, and an extra stop. You'll only need to run one encounter for this agent before moving to another hub, so it may not be worth moving everything here. However, it's between Stetille and Noghere (the next chapter hub), so it may be quicker.

Mission 6 - Assistance

When you first warp in, only Group 1 is present. Approaching the yacht will spawn waves 2-6 in rapid succession. The incoming DPS is extremely high, and the frigates in Group 2 will Web you. It may be best to trigger this in a throw-away ship, and warp-in at range with a proper ship.

Killing everything from Groups 2-6 triggers group 7
Killing Group 7 marks the mission complete and triggers Group 8
Group 8 is optional, but offers 500,000 ISK in bounties

This group is not aggressive. Approach it to trigger the encounter.

Mission 5 - The High or Low Road

Because this is a branch, and because I'm documenting as I go, only one branch will be documented. I don't think the choice made here affects your options for the final mission. Into the Black is all high-sec missions. Outside the Scope will require trips into low-sec.

The High Road is documented in Chapter 2. I'll be back in 3 months to document the Low Road.

New note, I am trying to fill this out as I progress through the arc. However, it's my first time through so the details may be off a little, as they're from other guides or direct experience.
