For creating bookmarks for the mirror and strange energy readings anomalies, you should initiate warp to the site, then stop warp and do the warp in at 100km range. Depending on the rotation of the site, you will either land close to the structure or far enough to warp to it. The sleepers spawn about 15km below the center of the circular structure in the mirror.
