Some "Industrial (Clean)" will appear and disappear for sometime after warp-in, wait until the "Industrial (Suspicious)" spawns, don't attack any "Industrial (Clean)".

4 "Industrial (Clean)", curiously being Badger I model, warpd in and out in the first minutes until the "Industrial (Suspicious)" arrived.
And I received a -0.0 Combat - Aggression faction hit.
So not a real issue.
