When I did 3 of 3 I only got 1 frigate and killing it didn't end the mission. I had to destroy the tower before the mission would complete.

This mission has no bearing on your Caldari standing. Completing the mission objectives and killing the Caldari pilots does not effect your standings negatively(Or positively for that matter.)

Mission #3 is buggy, if you kill the first ship to fast the second and third ships will not spawn.

Confirm: Mission #3 is still buggy after multiple tries. If you destroy the first ship too fast, the remaining ships won't spawn. Even waiting before shooting the first ship didn't create the spawn. I suspect that if you destroy the first ship with one shot/volley, the remaining spawns don't get triggered. Even one Heavy Missile was enough to detroy the first ship in one shot, so even that is too much damage. I was able to get the follow-on spawn by slowly killing the first ship with Auto Cannons. I've reported it to CCP in Bug Report# 81562

In Mission #3 killed the first frigate with hobgoblins, second ship was a Destroyer, third a frigate again.

I went from -0.52 --> -1.04 after doing this mission twice, and a sanshas, there is clearly some standing loss associated with this.
I would like to add that I did not blitz the first mission - I believe this to be the source of the standing loss.

Corax with light missiles

Part 1: Destroyed makeshift fuel thing, mission marked as complete, no standings hit
Part 2: Courier, Next door system 2.0m3 as per guide above.
Part 3: Located 2 jumps from agent, on arrival in site 1 frig at 35km followed by 1 destroyer a few seconds later and then after destroying the destroyer 1 more frig, all ships spawn between 35km and 40km from warp in. mission marked as complete.

Did not kill the tower

Loot 3 tags totaling 30k ISK

No faction hit to caldari

I received no Caldari or Amarr standing loss for any of the missions in this series (1 to 3). I killed all ships (i.e. I didn't blitz anything)

Confirmed no Caldari standing loss for killing the 3 ships. Did not destroy the control tower.
