Epic tank on Federation Navy Orion. http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/item.php?type_id=20335 80% kinetic resists. lowest is Thermal at 50%. didn't have thermal missiles so couldn't break their tank. they're definitely the trigger to unlock the 'Gate To The Federation Base'.
