Alas, I was in a Dominix myself, but for me there was no BS waiting in the last pocket. Also no BS after I killed all the other ships and all structures (except for the Officer's quarters, I wasn't sure if that would be a good idea).
2x Elite Frigates (Arch Gistii Nomad/Ruffian) web/scram
used a target painter not a web/scram on me
1x Cruisers (Gistum Crusher)
was a "Gistum smasher" and it also used Target Painting
Ships used: Drake + Maelstrom
Be aware - I tried to tackle all of pocket 1 at same time by shooting the light missile battery. I quickly had to warp out as the force was overwhelming.. Not recommended to take the lot on in 1 go (was in Dominix)
room 2 again no problems, altho no BS :(
Don't get me wrong, though: this is not a very hard mission at all if it's done right.

The 2 Angel Sentry Towers in 2nd room dropped loot
100x Iron Charge M (Hybrid Ammo)
100x Proton L (Projectile Ammo)
Killed ships before the missile batteries and a Gist General battleship spawned worth 431,250 isk in bounty.
When I went back in the spawns from the first one I ran were still in there. With an Afterburner you can still outrun the DPS with a halfway decent tank though.
Just a heads up.
About the 4th time I've done this one in the last couple of months, but the first time a BS spawned in Pocket 2.
I was in a Drake and had went through Pocket 1 without killing anything. In Pocket 2 I killed just the ships and the BS spawned.
Gist Commander - 375,000 isk. No loot worth mentioning.
