Approach the ruins. When ships spawn mission is complete. You do not need to kill any ships, wait until your Journal blinks and you can return to your agent.

4x Gallente Sentry Guns
1x Stasis Towers
1x Federation Insidiator (trigger)

Killing of the sentry guns, spawn more guns (total 6), a 2nd stasis tower and another Federation Insidator (also a trigger).

5x Republic Bormin
1x Republic Tribal Faxi

Warp in, approach ruins wait for complete, warp out

Use a rookie ship for blitzing. So you don't have to worry when they "reduce your rusty scrap-bucket to space dust".
